Mestre André's Lodge ships throughout the national territory (mainland and islands).
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
The usual delivery time is 2 to 5 working days, depending on the carrier and destination address.
The value of the shipping costs is calculated automatically at checkout.
Orders over €100 benefit from free shipping.

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the order, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014.
Products must be new, with no signs of use, and in the complete original packaging, including accessories and manuals.
Products with physical damage, broken or manipulated seals will not be accepted.
To start the process, send an email to apoio@lojadomestreandre.pt, indicating the order number and the reason for the return.
In case of a defective product, the situation will be analyzed for possible repair, replacement or refund.
